My first ever Demo..

Hi friends,

This time Im going to present the things happened to me during my first ever demo.. That was held just today evening!

Actually in NCST, one of our popular faculty Sachin Sir asked us (just for the sake of our personality developent) for volunteering to conduct an industrial visit in our campus. At first, I was hesitating in giving my name cause I was thinking it would be different from Presentations in front of known faces since we have to put the things across the people we never ever even know.. But later I realised that surely it's going to help me for future when I'll be presenting some thing as a software Engineer in front of our clients or seniors so rather that thinking for doing some extra efforts then for that, it'd be better if I use the arrived opportunity and resources available just now...

Anyways I accepted the offer and late night we(all the brave volunteers) were called in for the preparatory-session by Sachin Sir for the same visit. He gave so many tips for the better demo and suggested us to not to fear, in case of any mistake done by us he'd be there for handelling that. Afterwards we decided our roles which we have to play at the time of real demo.

We were ready with our decided howework done before 3 pm which was the scheduled arrival of the "Mother teresa college" from Koadikanal with 46 PG students and 4 members of staff. As soon as the college arrived we had started our process in our decided manner. Soon our nervousness turned into comfortable attitude, we were easily taking their queries and providing them a suitable solution! It took 30-40 minutes in the whole process.

I was thinking the right step, I took at the right time because it was quite relaxing that my fear of giving the demo has gone far far away from me forever, thanks to Sir~ And Im openly requesting you, my friends that you should also take such initiatives in future, there are going to be many such visits which will enhance our communication skills, which ofcourse wil be going to serve its purpose definately in our career sometimes...

Last lecture of TCOM..

Hi friends,

As it seems by its title, this blog is dedicated to the last lecture of the Technical Communication module of the FPGDST course.

It was 11 oct '07. Sawani ma'm was going to take the lecture as usual. Somewhere in everyone's mind, this was going on that we were going to free from this module anyways. Some were happy for the completion of a module but some were upset as now onwards we'd not be able to be in regular touch and care of Sawani ma'm..( But later on, ma'm made it clear to all that she is not going to leave us, whoever wants support is just needed to call her...)

In fact the lecture was quite fruitful as Ma'm discussed over the ways we're supposed to give our interviews for the positive results, whether it's a technical one or a HR one. Definately some golden rules in the form of DOs N DONTs came out of the discussion after several examplifications. Some of them as follows:-

First of all, believe in hard work but let the result be decided by destiny. Dont be depress for the negative outcomes, as "SUCCESS HAS NO ENDING BUT FAILURE HAS NO FINAL.."
Dont be nervous before appearing for an interview, but it's obvious to be therefore for the removal of it (which is ultimately required) start thinking about the fields you are good at so that you can direct your interview in the orientation you want.
You'd have the clear cut idea about the job you are applying for.

Some of the things which is peeped into you while interviews are:-

Attitude - the way you think/react/present
Aptitude - the way to analyse the possible solution
Confidence - which comes after a lot practice and knowledge of the domain
Technical skills - basically stress upon it then focus to improve upon your communication skills as both are required equally
Respect for the chance - respect each and every oppotunity as there is no such a small or big opportunity

I hope, I did my job to try to write those rules so that others can take it as a "useful blog" for gaining the benefits. I wish that Ma'm would correct my mistakes , if there any..

1st journey, close to an end..

Hi friends,

Again a blog related to NCST as Im unable to stop myself to write for a institute cum MyNewHome.. When you spend maximum hours in a day while living at a single place, it tends to look like your home. A home away from home!

Our first module is going to end this week on 18th oct, it started on 6th aug'07. It was just a span of 2 1/2 months but whoever went through this course, is the only person knowing the difference between that person existing before 6th aug and the same person becomes by now!

There seems a lot of distance(in terms of knowledge and practicality) travelled so far within this short period of time. You wont believe it I m telling you there is the solely responsible thing which is none other than the pattern of this course who changes the way we see the World..
Only three modules were there in this very first term ie OPAD, DSAL & TCOM. We have come a lot ahead to solve the problems by computer using JAVA, we are now able to visualise the problems and applications related to DSAL(which used to seem like impossible task earlier) and ofcourse now we also more comfortable in expressing ourselves.

There we faced PARIKSHAK in that time, which totally changes the manner we try to solve the problem. We used to see the limited scope of a problem but now we think that we can see the real size of the existing problem by exploring its each n every possible dimension. We went through the process of several tests some were like winning but some also brought distress. But here the distress came with a learnable outcome!

But no surprise a hell lot more to travel. There are four terms overall in this course that means 3 more to go. The level of difficulty is no way goin to be easy whereas it going to increase EXPONENTIALLY...Anyways now we are NCSTians(supercomputing people, ready to face the challenges ) so we'll be back with lot more enthusiasm to face the battle which is going to be more terrible or say DO n DIE like and we have to do it..

Hi friends,

Here the topic I choose for this week is :: KIDS.. Such a topic on which anyone hardly can express as much as he can wish to do!

Actually being a kid is the phase, faced by everyone existing in the world.. Almost everyone remembers the tasks he did in his childhood like the games in which the most of the time used to pass, getting involved in masti all the time and so on!

In my views, the best ever time in life! You are free to do whatever you want to do even in front of everyone or behind the curtains because no one has the dare to stop you; actaully stoppers or hurdles are everywhere and everytime but the thing is that at that time and age we are not a bit concerned for that silly happenings. Hav'nt you spent such kind of childhood? if yes, you are lucky because in this uncertain life, you've atleast enjoyed that independence in which you have to take care of none...Else, what do I say?

You know that a kid is doing the things in a wrong manner which ultimately making him forced to doing that thing again and again but you love to see them learning by themselves and during that span of time you feel so overwhelmed that this is same thing someone did observe when you were in your childhood!

It's not only a matter of just the learning, enjoyment and the independence of that kid but we know that it gives the more enjoyment to his/her parents or grandparents! Only a parents knows the real means to be a parent, and then think how much do they feel delighted when their child doing such kiddish tasks by which none can stopped themselves to get attracted.. Moreover the grandparents becomes the kids while playing with their grandchildren just to enjoy the life again in that way.

Once a person grown up well(the things happened before to be a parent even), he then starts seeing himself in the kids surroundings as it's a fact that "once a time went away, won't be back to you again..and you've no other options left rather than doing this above mentioned kind of activities.."

Hi friends..

This time, I m trying to put forward a quite serious subject in front of you people. That is something what we feel so frequently like we breathe.. When we suddenly encounter a little trickier situation, we often shoot few particular words so easily like "WHY DOES IT HAPPEN TO ME ONLY?" Isn't it??

At that time we thought that only we are the enemy of great almighty that's why we are suffering. Our minds tend to think that God is happy to all other persons except than us, literally we dont even think that we are blaming upon our Creator for being biased with us.. But before thinking like this, do you think about other people who are also suffering to the extent even more than yours? If not, then start doing this exercise from now onwards, believe me this will help you to come out of your problematic situation!

Actually this is something I realized just few days before. Some little problems regarding domains were making me panic, I mean that time I was blaming upon the God, fate, destiny or luck whatever was coming into my mind. After showing lots of patience; one of my closest friend then opened her mouth and gave me thousands of examples in front of mine and asked me to justify "WHOSE PAIN IS MORE?" That instant of time I was answerless. But it didn't changed my attitude(as per human nature!), some day the same reactions came out of me in some other context, that time another friend was with me and he did the same as the previous one had done. In fact he told me a little part of his life that was full of struggle even I read things like that in books only, seriously sounded like story of a HERO who got success after fighting against every odd.. After listening him, I thouht, where did my pain rank if I prepared a list of such pains..

I realized the best remedy to get rid of such thinking is to think about others' greives and really it works.. You'll feel that your living after including that pain is still better than that of lots of people.

See, what happens generally that we lost in so much of anxiety if one thing goes against our wish, we forget that still how much we have is something which is wanted by others and can be a huge matter of happiness if they get a little part of it!

I m just trying to say that have patience and satisfaction in your world, dont think that I m asking you to leave the ambitious attitude, no.. Go with your ambitions, work for acquiring those till you get success but BE HAPPY IN EVERY SITUATION without being bothered about the outcomes of your efforts. APPLY YOUR BEST, ONE DAY SURELY YOU"LL GET WHAT YOU THOUGHT TO GET... Yes, this is the best way to live the life, celebrate the good events and face the bad events with pateince-"JEENA ISI KA NAAM HAI.."

Hi again,

One more deadly serious topic: EXPECTATIONS..In our world, there exist lots of types of expectations such as:

expectations of parents from child and vice-versa,
expectations of teachers from students,
expectations of friends/lover from eachothers,
expectations of employers from employees and vice-versa,
expectations of OURS FROM US or from ALMIGHTY

and so on...

But this is for sure that whatever the type of expectation is, it gives delightment when gets completed and similarly hurts a lot when it breaks..for example When we are watching say a Cricket-match of our country with some other team, we celebrates if we win otherwise it reduces our efficiency the whole day long as we didn't expect such result. It's not like that they were not keen to play and win but actually it puts them into pressure that so many people were expecting them to win.. Similarly a child couldn't perform his best in exams as their parents pressurized him to perform the best.

We just think of ourselves as it hurts a lot if an expectation couldn't be completed but do you imagine the condition of the person whom you expected, this event in fact demoralized him so much that for the next time he couldn't judge him the right person for the job!

It's a fact that people can't perform their best in such situations when they know about the expectations other people do have from them..it simply lessens the amount of natural way of performance. It's actually not bad to expect but that much of expectations serve what usage, which ultimately leading to sufferings? The best way is NOT TO EXPECT ANYTHING FROM ANYONE, JUST DO YOUR WORK & LET THEM OTHERS WORK THROUGH RIGHT PATH WITHOUT EVEN THINKING OF THE RESULT, if you'd have been invested the full efforts, no one can stop you to get the desired output!

It will give you more pleasure if you get something as a surprise that you weren't expecting more than you get something that you were already expecting.. Simply apply this funda to real life just for the sake of happy living without hurts..

Regionalism in our country..

A serious problem to put across you people: Regionalism in our country..

It can be understand as a Virus for the betterment of the society. Because anyhow it is applying the barriers for some people who doesn't belong to the particular region. It seems to very awkward but even after that it happens now a days in almost every field in our daily lives, you can easily see more than one examples in fact into daily routine of ours..

Let me start from the Sport category, where the selectors focus on the regional players (from the region they belong) rather than the players who really perform well, which ultimates try to add fuel to fire among youths who then present their aggression somehow...

It happens in politics also. A politician even if he is central minister (actually not even true for all but to a few of them) when once gets the power, does the duty for the region only from where he got selected. Doesn't he has something to do for the welfare of other regions? Actually they think, if they do like this that will keep their people happy for the ease of win the next time election. You are not only representing the state or a district but your duty towards country gets more priority here..if you do like that, does it lead the country to the developement?

In fact, in the educational areas this virus is spreading with a very fast speed. Often a teacher awards a student with more marks or grades who belong to his region which is quite tragically ridiculus that you (even after being a teacher, so great post can be thought of as a developer of the society) are keeping other students' career on stake just because of this deadly virus named regionalism..

There are so many examples which can surely increase the size of this blog beyond the limit, but here it's enough to get you people know about the serios problem occuring in our society. So not only the knowledge about the problem is rquired but also the solution is required with deep need and it is also clear that not a single step from a single person can behave like a firewall for it, we have to build a MASSIVE BARRIER for such problems so that those problems can't breach our security against such viruses...

Break Ups: Pain or An opportunity..

Hi friends,

This time I ve decided to write a blog on the topic which I was given in the GD sesion of my TCOM ie "Break Ups: Pain or An opportunity..". We had a healthy session over there but due to shortage of time we couldn't reach on a conclusion, this is what i am trying to cover here.
First of all I would like to clear one thing in the start that breakup isn't something related to Love relations specifically, it may also be associated with your jobs. Think it in a broader way!

It's really painful to have a breakup. As all believe that when we fall into something with heart(it might be a relation or a job, I already told you to think like that!), initially we applied all the potentials we had in our nerves just for the sake of the success of that thing but when it seems that things aren't getting done in the expected way then breakups occur and it is natural and obvoius then to feel the pain for humanes.

What is required in such kind of situations, is to analyse whether adjustment can stop the mishappenings of the things or not. Say, in love-relations whether the fights can be solved by talks or little bit of adjustment from both sides or not. Another example of the same, you get a job and by time you became quite emotionally attached with it but suddenly scenario becomes against you now think what is the options you have for rectifying the problem whether you should consult with your seniors or you should put some more efforts to avoid such things so that this natural phenomenon of suffering from that obvious pain can be ignored. If yes, try to solve it that way for the betterment of your mental peace. Else, assimilate it with a wounded organ of your body which isn't getting recovered and a single option is remained that is the replacement with the newer one by surgeries..

Thus when there is really no option left to overcome from the problem, look at the WORLD which then seems to be full of new and better oppounities because it's not feasible even to write that you want to live the rest of life for just the sake of living because as you want to live, you couldn't!

Be practical and enjoy each and every color of life..HAPPY LIVING!

Dustbin..

Hey..

Dont blame upon your eyes, yes you are watching the blog on "Dustbin"(ji haan KACHRAA-PETI)... I know, it's little surprising to see a blog on such a topic, I dont know if you have watched the similar discussion somewhere by someone! None can write on it until or unless one knows its importance. Importance of dustbin, again a surprise!

See, Dustbin is something which collects the useless stuffs or say garbage. What if there wouldn't have been such dustbins!

Think, yes think about the situation then..There won't be a single place where you can put the wastes, such garbage or waste will be spreading everywhere. Then not a single place will remained worth living, even before putting a step ahead people will have to think a lot to decide where to put it!

Seriously it will become impossible to imagine such situation! Because it's something which helps us to improve the way we live, to manage the things by removing the stuffs which are not usable. In other words, It removes the dirt from our life and makes it dirt-free, clean and healthy!

In computer science, there are so many languages which implements the same concepts through "GARBAGE COLLECTOR", infact on a simple configured computer has a "RECYCLE BIN". See, even such big scientists and research-doers prove its importance globally!

There is something to learn from it, so kind it is!It takes the waste from others and let them live freely. If we cant remove the unwanted (and unusable) things of others, how can we expect a dustbin to collect our waste even it's doing the same thing...

Do the fights solve the matter?

Hi friends!

You would have often seen the people having fights with each other upon the several big or small issues. This blog is something to do with this only!

I dont understand why and how people get into it? Surely there would have been enough trust and support for each other when they started the relation, then where has that trust and support gone at that time??

Every issue can be solved by simply having serious as well as honest talk to each other. Almost in every case there happens a single misunderstanding which can be removed if involved people wish to do the same. Even the big wars have successfully stopped by applying the same funda and I dont think that situation becomes so worst among such people generally?

People destroy their sweet relations only because of just fights. If they really want to avoid it, they should think properly about he whole matter and let the other involved person present his/her thinking behind the same! Think about the sweetness and smoothness of the relation, think of the good past memories, surely It wont led you to fight thus it helps you to save the relation...

The fights also disturb the balance of your mind, you cant even think the things in the way you generally do.. So you can imagine the side effects of such nonsense of fall into such destructive stupid fights!

I would like to advise you readers please do not let you involve into such worthless fights for the sake of your relation as well as for your mental peace..

Sunday, that wasn't like a SUNDAY..

It was 10:00 am in the morning of sunday; 16th september 2007 but that was not like other sundays! We (the 2007 batch NCSTians) were watching each other's faces while sitting in the lecture hall for the extra session of DS which was going to be start in a while by our Raman Sir..The irony of the title is also true for him, as he too was sacrificing his sunday!

But the lecture was really a GOLDEN GLIMPSE towards what we learnt so far in that subject including some extra applications as well as important do's and don'ts.. And this time my blog is dedicated to that lecture, I mean I m trying to cover a little part of it (little because what I got was while several iterative rounds of sleeping-awakening)! Oh wait, dont estimate that I am trying to say that lecture was boring, THAT WAS AWESOME but the SUNDAY WAS ON ITS FULL and we generally used to spend our time in some other manner on sundays, if that session hadn't there!

So, Raman Sir is requested to forgive me if I go wrong at some point in it and to rectify those mistakes so that people; like me can take benefits of this blog. Sorry to non-NCSTian friends this time for being specific about NCST!

Let me pray to God and allow me to start:-

Variable selection in recursion:

Actually Recursion refers to a function calling itself. Whenever we need to check the status of a variable after each and every pass, we declare it as GLOBAL variable. If the need of the variable is just satisfied after each pass then we declare it LOCAL.

DFS & BFS:

It refers to Depth First Search and Breadth First Search. In DFS (if we talk about in terms of DS like TREE), as the name suggests, we first go to the deep of that node explore its children and then we explore it and its siblings. We implement it through STACKS..

While in BFS, we first explore the siblings of a node and after that we do the saem to its children. We can implement it by the help of QUEUE.

Application of Stack in Postfix notation:

Suppose we have an expression in postfix notation: "(2 3 + 5 6 * -)" then to solve such kind of expression we take the help of stacks. First the operands(2,3 etc.) will be pushed into stack. We popped two operands( or one operand) as soon as a binary operator(+, - etc.) (or unary operator like ++,-- etc)comes!Then push the result into the stack.

For example::-

Push 2,3 first. As + comes, both pop up and added which results into 5 into stack. then push 5,6. As * comes pop 5,6 and push the result 30 into the stack, as - appears pop those remained values 5,30 and perform the -.Which results into Final value of (-25).

Queue and Circular Queue:

As we know, queue can be implemented only with the help of two varibles front and rear while for the implementation of Circular queue we need to have these variables with some other like size, count, apart from it we also perform modulus operation for overcoming the limitation of normal queue which comes into picture when front becomes equal to rear and it shows the queuefull exception while it is totally empty.

We can also implement it without those extra variable but tehn code becomes little complex. In that case we have to check whether front crosses the rear(for queueEmpty exception) or the rear crosses the front(for queueFull exception).

Deletion in tree:

The hardest operation in tree, I suppose is deletion. While doing it, we should chech the following steps first:

Determine Node to be deleted is the leftnode or the rightnode of its parent.(say LCorRC)

When leaf is to be deleted-First findnode. then findparent, check LCorRC. Then delete it.

When Node to be deleted has only one child-First findnode. then findparent, check LCorRC. Finally delete it by attaching LC (or RC which is not nul) to its parent!

When Node to deleted has two children- Well after performing above operations I think its not very difficult to do this operation, actaully I ve to cover up all other stuffs so IM LEAVING THIS TO YOU PEOPLE to consult from any good book.(This is the best way to GET RID OF IT...hahahahahaha)

Think before you select!

Again a very critical but real word problem related blog this time! What I do, before writing the blogs I use to do an Exercise which leads me to write such blogs which can help the readers as it is one of the main experiences I faced in this very short span of my life..

Let's start with the topic, it's about the selection of people for any relation whether he is going to be a friend, a partner and or whatever you like..:-

"Sometimes people come into our life with a REASON!"

Almost people surrounding you dont belong to this above mentioned category. Actually our maximum contacts are SEASONAL...I mean inspite of their quite presence they couldnot be able to impact us like a especial ones~

We too have been habitual of such phenomenon because we dont stress ourselves to keep such persons into our minds more than a few seasons..As the weather changes, such friends also keep on changing!

But sometimes fortunately we get such persons who come into our life to make us learn something, something very important which can even change the way we live our lives..

They can learn us something related to our professional field, or it might be concern to our personnel lives or simply it could be new nice things we can do to our daily routines for the sake of improvement of living anyhow..

We learn to live it in a better way! It improves the living of ours. So you can guess the importance of such person's arrival!

But the biggest problem arises when we become confuse in the selection of such persons, sometimes we often place the persons interchangeably between these groups which ultimately affects our lives as we has done the blunder of placing the wrong person to the wrong place!

So before starting any relation please keep in mind If you start it without prior thinking it may be throw you in infinte loop of thinking afterwards! I think you've got what I want to write... It needs a round of thinking to place a person under the specified two categories!

MUSIC..

Hi..

Even while thinking of the topic; I was feeling whether I would be the eligible candidate to write over it or.. But later on, I thought Everything which exists in the universe contains A SORT OF THE MUSIC in itself...Yes I mean the UNIVERSE IS FULL OF MUSIC! Since start from the birth of a child, crying of the mother gives the unique music, crying of the child gives the different music to his/her parents, his/her trials of speaking gives different feel of the music to them! Singing by a professinal produces the Sweet varinace of music.

Sound, Voice, Noise are the kinds of the music. Sometimes Sound, voice seems to be MELODIUS, we expres our feelings about that but sometimes it becomes unbearable to hear it then we try to stop that noise!I think you might be getting the difference among them...

We pay attention on the music which we want to hear, else we ignore. What I mean to say is VALUE OF THE SAME MUSIC CAN BE DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE. People may like it or dislike it depending upon the situation.. Suppose A professional presenting a song; there are two persons listening him, one is normal and the other one has come there after having a fight with his wife which is still making him Anxious so how can we think the same reactions from both of them for that singer?

Have you ever imagined the Universe without the MUSIC, DONT EVEN TRY! How can we express ourselves. The things would be getting stucked then. No task is supposed to be completed. System might go fail! That means, Everyhting in the universe is REASONABLE GIFT by the ALMIGHTY! So it'll difficult to even doing such mistakes like this.

But if we look a little upon this creation of the God, we can actually takes a measurable benefits! Even in some medical centres MUSIC is the remedy for several surfferings! Suffered people knows its real value and importance.

Explore MUSIC WITHIN YOURSELF & YOUR SURROUNDINGS, it'll definately helps you in living the life in a better fashion, SO START FROM NOW!

DESIRE & DESERVE

Hi..

"I didnt get What I DESERVED(or DESIRED)..."

This is something which is a very general problem from which every human being get suffered atleast once in his/her life! It doesn't mean that I am not one of them as I took this topic for writing; after all Im also a human so how can I be different from my species! Im just trying to elaborate it briefly.

This inferiority complex commonly develops when we get failed in a task which would be expecting to get completed as we felt that we donated a lot to the same...This is purely NATURAL, I mean Almighty made this function DEFAULT for us! The difference lies in the AFTER WARD REACTIONS of the suffered people; some of them take it seriously in a positive manner and some takes it otherwise.

What the necessary point here; which requires to get the attention is "DESIRE" is something quite different from "DESERVE". People often get confused between these two words! When they fail, they interchangeably use these words like " but I deserved it.." in place of "I desired it!"

They just blame upon the other things but they forget to PEEP INTO THEMSELVES for their faults behind the failure. They dont put much efforts as required for the desired result and make mistake of thinking themselves AS A DESERVING FOR THE DESIRED OUTPUT~!(Already told that I am also one of them...Oh God! please bless me the ability to follow what Im writing and suggesting others to do!)

Desires are the never ending process which goes on incrementing every moment, sometime desire of achieving something and the other time want of achiving the other things!

If you wish to get rid of this complex, You can do one thing... Simply SELECT THE PREFERENCE among your desires according to your CAPACITY of getting involved into that for the best results (in our context better to say for the desired result...)!

HI to all!

Here I am trying to seek your attention on the topic which almost everytime gets remained behind the curtain! OUTPUT vs THE WAY YOU DO...

I mean, some of the people give emphasis on the way the task is getting done and some of them stress on the OUTPUT only, they neglect the implications behind the output! They may follow the wrong path just to achive the Objective..In my views, This is absolutely wrong!

Actually I am not any SUPER PERSONA to decide what is right or what is wrong? But according to our culture( and you may say, accordance derived from our VEDAS, PURANAS) THE METHOD YOU APPLY TO GET THE TARGET IS ALSO HAVING AN EQUAL IMPORTANCE!

Suppose you have given a task, there is two main ways to get through. One is passing through without hurting ETHICAL and MORAL values but it takes time. The other one is a shortcut but it voilates what is being tought us since our birth by our Parents, GrandParents! So it's obvious most of the people opt the other one(Short one). But if we peep into their deeps, there would be lots of quarrel taken place place over there before choosing the OUTPUT way!Because it's not very easy to go wrong side first time.. Even a criminal feels the trumbling feeling of to do a crime or not to do..

These crimes is not meant by like murdering someone, theiving something or hurting someone. It can be simpler like our daily routine activities..as simple like that!

It's not that easy, that you just gone through this blog and you are done with it. It's not like that, you have to follow this APPLICATION in every sphere of your life, start from today even from this moment! And dont stop till the end...

Believe me, it does not just help in shaping your Ethical values but it also improves your WAY to LOOK a particular target!whether it relates to your personnel life or professional life..

So if you are under the category of believing in OUTPUT only, please change the track! Dont place yourself in that category, Start believing on the methods of getting the desired output...

Learn, How To Learn!

Hey friends!

Again I am here to disturb you a little!This time I am going to give you an idea (even you already have..)-An IDEA which can change your LIFE...

In fact these days I am also working upon the same and getting the benefit so I thought to PUBLISH this one for the PUBLIC WELFARE(this is the only way to reduce my EVIL-DEEDS, did in the past..hahahahhaha)!

This IDEA is about to LEARN:--the things you dont know,-the things even you know but the way you do is more complex than others do!Learning is a process WHICH LASTS LONG YOUR WHOLE LIFE even after that..

First of all, come to the FIRST PART of the above sentence "LIFE LONG PROCESS". Actaully all know that no one can be PERFECT, so there exists atleast a single thing in an Individual about which he does not know much like other fields he knows! So it's required to work upon those fields so that to enhance your SKILLs-SET.

Then for the SECOND PART of the sentence, you are thinking how, how can it be "after that"?Actually that learning process "after that" sets an example for others for avoiding the mistakes that person did in his life...

To learn something, you have to concentrate just upon a single thing that how one(the person to whom you want to learn) does the same thing! Ofcourse the same amount of POTENTIAL the person is applying for the completion of the job is also required in YOUR DEEP!

One more thing, there is no bar upon the criteria to whom you learn, how you learn and where you leran from! To learn, means the objective is the MAIN ISSUE TO LEARN anyhow..Even a teacher can learn from a student! And An ideal teacher implies this rule in himself..UNTILL or UNLESS YOU ARE LACKING IN LEARNING , HOW CAN YOU MAKE OTHERS LEARNING SOMETHING FROM YOU...

This helps you a lot everywhere in your life! Even I was not giving required attention upon this topic but after coming in CDAC when I encountered with lots of people(guys n gals including FACULTIES) I started LEARNING phenomenon in myself, still doing the same and will keep doing it till the end...

So, from when you are going to start the activity of Learning???

Hmmm.. hope you have been habitual of my writings, isn't it????Anyways this time I ve something special to share!

Here I DARE to present you the personality of a INTANGIBLE PERSON who tests you against your PROGRAMMING SKILLS but nowhere else (in my knowledge) than OUR CDAC(formerly NCST). So if you are quite confident about such skills; mind my words; this is something which will surely force you to RETHINK about your thoughts about yourself!
Yes please welcome MR.PARIKSHAK....

I can understand what you are thinking rightnow that Im challenging Individuals' on such a global portal even without knowing their INTELLIGENCE but seriously in such a short span of my stay here in CDAC bangalore, I am confirmed about my statement...To test it, what you all need to do is to get into any of the CDAC which conducts PGDST/FPGDST courses and the rest of procedure will go on further.

This is all about what I feel continuously just like other NCSTians(or say CDACians). Actually for getting through the courses We've to clear some MGPAs & MGPTs ("MACHINE GRADED PROGRAMMING ASSIGNMENT & TEST") where you are tested by an environment which is quite restricted in nature. Desired outputs are being tested against the pre-defined inputs, except this not even a single space id required!

Then comes the importance of ALL "Y"s:- After the evaluation, if PARIKSHAK is HAPPY it'll GRADE you with ALL Y's else ready for suffering from the TRAUMA of X's(means wrong output produced for respective input)!So anyhow in our daily routines We are in the habit of accepting the acknowledgements of success and failure in the terms of X & Y..

Actually behind the production of great skills in the Individuals, this PARIKSHAK is the main KEY PLAYER.. If we talk upon the quality, no-one can challenge the intelligence of a perfact CDACians!

We are on this way but THERE IS LOT MORE TO GO....

A very warm Hello to all dear friends..

This blog is all about the INDIVIDUALS who wants to get through the PGCourse of CDAC and also for them who even dont know about it because Im going to explain it in a very brief manner how to deal with! (Please make me realize what Im trying to do?????)

This course is SEEMS TO (according to our Bade Ma'm this "seems to" word is quite useful in such contexts so Im just trying to be habitual of it..) be very simpler one but someone very well said- "DONT BE LEADED BY LOOKS!"

After spending just few countable days, I got to know that It's not that easy. If you are wishing to get the motto achieved, You have to be careful. Careful in terms of::-

-getting the things DONE in a required manner, Dont be confused..I mean to say, requirements of a software called PARIKSHAK must be fulfilled! Be clear, there is no time to bother about the other requirements...

-being a great user of TIME. Wasting the time means you are throwing yourself behind lots of steps against your competitors!

-efficiently using the resourses provided. There are several facilities regarding GAINING the KNOWLEDGE, what you need to do is KINDLY DONT STOP YOURSELF from gaining such gains BECAUSE after applying here-mentioned RULES your are GOING TO BE SUPERCOMPUTING PEOPLE...

- being RESPONSIBLE. There is no other who behinds you in SUCCESS or even in FAILURE. So next time before doing any mistake, be ready to accept it without a failure!

Hey, I know It's very easy TO SAY than TO DO.. But I decided just before coming here that from then onwards I 'll atleast follow the last rule! Now I SEEMS TO be close to a required path....hahahhahahha! A day
will surely come when there would be no difference in my WORDS & ACTIONS..It's upto you to decide for u NOW, YES RIGHT NOW.

Things happened before coming here..

hi again,
Before starting I want to make you remember that Im still waiting for your views over my FIRST EVER POST at Blogspot!

This time I am going to share you about the changes Im facing since even from the thinking of being shifted to this SILICON VALLEY, Bangalore for FPGDST course(in fact now gotta feel about it; ( the hardest target ever set by myself in this small life so far...)

I earlier mentioned that I ve got cought by my seniors and friends to have set this target. At that moment of time, I was thinking like from that day onwards I would do no mistakes, try to manage the things in no hurry, shape my Personality in a better way any how and I would do be focussed! These kinds of promises I made at that time without any delay.

Many things were going in deep; which were troubling me before being READY TO GO...like as follows:-

1st thing was The Biggest CHANGE OF THE ENVIRONMENT. My dad is a Judge so since from my birth I was habitual of the things which take place between being shifted from one place from another but that was the thing happened in a SINGLE STATE BOUNDRY. Now I was going to arrive to a place which has the culture totally different of mine! The friends who got saved from coming here were the main characters behind putting the things in a SCARY MANNER!Anyhow I managed those all by giving the consolations like "HAD I DONE WELL BEFORE!"

In fact the biggest challenge was THE ABILITY TO BE READY TO ACCEPT THE CHANGES IN ME...Nothing troubled me more than this thought!The night was really the LONGEST one,on which I started for Bangalore. The whole night spent thinking for achiving the goal! Im happy to tell you that few of the changes has SUCCESSFULLY INSTALLED IN ME and for few of those THE WORK IS IN PROGRESS!

The day on which, I came to this place was excellent. As all the peolple I met were quite helping in nature, Some of the Language problems were coming but that was manageable. The campus was awsome, it seems like everything is set to follow the regular maintenace time to time. But this place HEAVEN LIKE environment turned into HELL as I got to know from one of our professor about its total procedure to get the success from this place!

But thinking later, I managed myself to be agree on the fact that NO OTHER PLACE WOULD BE BETTER THAN CDAC in improving the persons like ME!HOPE THE BETTER STAY HERE( DO PRAY FOR ME)...

So GOODBYE till then the new posts!

Hi Friends..

You would be thinking how do I know that the reader is my friend as Im addressing this post with "FRIEND" so friend this is why because by incrementing the VIEW LOG for my post you have been qualified for being my friend...

I hope, before starting the placement of my creations and thoughts over this global portal; the first thing Should be the introduction of mine! So that the artist behind the paintings should be highlighted first... I think by doing this thoughts must become easier to get the exact understanding! So please be with me for a while..

Im an Engineering graduate from Radha Govind Engineering College in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh. That college is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University. That college before my admission did not have a very good reputation but during my degree I got to know that my college had the guds to compete with its counterparts. In the college itself, I had the experience of the life in the HOSTELs..That were the glorious days with lots of fun & less of studies (now realizing why I need the P-G Course...do you get it, Exactly for the sake of my FUTURE???) What did I use to do with my friends was like going new releases every friday without any failure, spending the rest of the days while discussing the nonsenses, arguing over them, having fights all the time, bunking from classes till getting the notices from the corresponding teachers, complaining about the system every second and finally doing ONE NIGHT FIGHT studies before a day before Exams so that to avoid the BLA BLA things from family. So readers, If you have the relatives living in the hostels;please do visit them regularly and also do test their status of STUDY..

Now about the family, I have a big really big family; consists of five sisters and last but not the least ME...My father is a JUDGE in UP Judiciary and my Mom is a house wife. the two sisters are married, and other two also got the appointments in UP Judiciary as new JUDGES waiting for their postings. The last sister is the only person living with my parents right now. So THE BIG has been turned into a SMALLER one...

Here let's come to me! As an Individual I love to music a lot, whether it's related to SINGING or it belongs to listening. Many times won the trophies for the same but never tried for SILVER-SCREEN competitions (GIVING OTHERS THE OPPORTUNITIES,hahahahhaha). Being specific I love light n smooth kind of music. Im also a BADMINTONN Player of state level; severally represented my school team and the club team but never got the opportunity to play for the college team!MY HARD LUCK..

During the degree days Ive heard from my group n Seniors about CDAC and its courses which makes me feel to have a CDAC course to bridging the GAP between the practical and theoretical skills!

So now you have understood the sort of MY PERSONA...What did I do in my pasts, what were the mistakes, what are the Gains...Now I hope you are ready to digest my further posts! BEST of LUCK...
